On Sunday 22nd January 2017 we will again be walking 6k in order to raise funds for Families for Autism, a local charity that provides help and support to families with autism.
The walk will start at 2pm at the Seaside Community Hub where refreshments will be available and an opportunity for people to meet with personal trainers, health champions and other training providers in order to receive any help or advice needed. East Sussex Credit Union will also be available to help anyone that needs helping sorting out their finances in 2017.
We will walk to Holywell Tea Rooms and back again where we will return at the Seaside Community Hub for more refreshments and healthy snacks. The return time is likely to be around 4pm.
The walk is for everyone and is on a flat path to make it easier for pushchairs and wheelchairs – so please bring all your family and friends for a bit of exercise and help a local charity at the same time!
It’s a £10 entry fee for the walk – and for that you receive a Walk t-Shirt (Children are FREE) and free wellness healthchecks. You can enter here – just decide which team you would like to be on – are you Nuts about health or are you feeling fruity?
